Re: Cory eggs? #21
Yep definatly cory eggs. Not sure how long they've been there as they are tucked behind a piece of bogwood.
Thought the corys looked a bit frisky lately as the temp had risen by a couple of degrees with the warm weather
Thanks fishlady

Cory eggs? #22
Good morning every one how are we all? Just a quick question but i've just found some eggs stuck to the back glass of my albino cory abd betta tank.
The only other inhabitaants are assassin snails.
There's 2 batches that i,ve found found they're around 1mm across and very pale cream almost white and laid in groups of around 15-20 eggs.
Who do you think they belong to not that i think they'll stand a chance the way the bettas guarding them.

Syphon help! #24
Hi everyone how are we all? Just after a bit of help with getting a new syphon. I have a rena cube which i love to bits but i have a real problem getting into the back corners to get at the grot thats in the gravel.I can get to it but it does mean a balancing act of me on the step ladder with the bucket beside me on a chair a feat any olympian gymnast would be proud of. The problem i really have is that the tank is nearly 5 foot tall which is as tall as me so i need an extra long one to reach all the corners. Any suggestions? Thanks Lisa

Re: Could i add any more fish? #25
Thank you fishlady for your help i thought that i would be the case but i'm glad you've put me straight. The only reason i asked is that someone has asked me to rehome some more tetras as his tank had sprung a leak. I'll thank him for his offer but turn him down. Glad i hadn't started setting up the QT tank yet as i now know i can't accomidate them long term. Thanks again Lisa

Re: Betta's and melafix! #28
Thanks for clearing that up fishlady good to know these things just in case.
I always keep a bottle of myxazin, esha exit and 2000 in my fishy first aid kit just in case as you never know what they may throw at you so best to be prepared
