Yep, me (and hubby) !

I / we had put the filter back together incorrectly after cleaning

There is nothing wrong with filter, problem was down to owner incompetence, durrrr......

Many thanks to Anna for all her help, I spoke to Dan in customer care and he soon had the problem sussed !

We must have been doing it right for months, and then....
