My fish has dropsy #1
Can anyone tell me what's best treatment for dropsy if ther is any out ther thank you

I had success treating dropsy with Esha 2000. But be aware it is often fatal.

Hi! Dropsy can be tough, it's usually a sign of something serious like organ failure or infection in fish. Best to isolate the sick fish, keep the water super clean, and try an antibacterial treatment like Epsom salt baths or meds from a pet store. Hope your fish feels better soon.
