Filtration advice on 5500 Litre Raised Pond #1
Hello peeps I'm limited for space and just started my sleeper pond build.

9 feet long, 6 feet width, and roughly 3.5/4 feet deep, i have the concrete base down and also a 4" aerated bottom drain installed so far.

My question is filtration, my friend has an eazypod which i can grab pretty cheap but unsure if that would be enough filtration so was thinking of the following but unsure if it would work.

4" bottom drain to the eazypod then onto the pump, then UV.

Would additional filtration work after the UV like the following picture attached.

Hope this makes sense

What volume of pond does the easypod say it is suitable for? (Not to mention how many / size of fish will you have.)

The Eazypod claims to filtrate upto 10,000 litres, I'm hoping someone on here has run extra filtration after the Eazypod. Interested to know how it runs.

Your pond as is, is just over 6,000 litres, not a problem for your Eazypod. If you want, you can add more filtration after your Eazypod (You can add more filtration to any filter set up) But the question is always, is it worth it. (I am not saying do not do it, it is up to you) But is it worth it, if you think it is, then go for it.
