The filter mentioned is not what you think it is.
If you read the small print it clearly says
;"NOTE: Pressure-Flo 2500 does not have a biological filtration chamber."
So in effect its only an expensive sieve.
I think the pressurised filter is a waste of money, its not unusual for them to split in winter if mounted on the ground (As opposed to in the ground)
I can't help but think they were invented just so you don't have a big box near the pond, but you still have to have pipes and cables for it. Most of them
waffle on tell you about their unique flush / cleaning system. The first ones didn't have it, and people did not turn the pump off when they removed the lid.
Get a normal "box filter and separate UV" much better and less hassle.
Good quality costs. Bear this in mind before you start.
