I have the Koralia 1 in my Tl450, it is very powerful for such a small tank but if you point it towards the surface it should be fine.

yeah, i dont know the flow rating on it but my Seio pump is 1000l/hr. i like how it spreads the flow instead of streaming it too. i also have to practically point it straight up :)

I already have a maxijet 1200 running the surface movement pipe. Doesnot seem to be doing much. I am worried that by adding a Koralia 1, it will add an extra 1500lph.

Is that too much lph ? standard 400lph + 1200lph (maxijet) and 1500lph (Koralia 1) totalling 3100lph !

No I don't personally think it's too powerful. I've looked on a few forums and some people have a turnover of 100x tank capacity in their nano's, so mine doesn't seem a lot really.
