I recently got two bolivian stone sucker, as a more natural way to help maintain the tank. The next day there was only one dead body, and im worried that one of my moors attacked them. This particular moor has grown a lot bigger recently and i am wondering if he might extend this behaviour to the other moor and orandas?
They have all been together for a year, the orandas were introduced first. Anyone think this might be a problem? I havent observed tanything like this recently, but the fish are at my grandmas house at the moment. thanks.
Do you know the scientific name or could you provide a photo? My suspicion is that it's some kind of plec but I would need to see a pic. Chances are they should not have been in cold water anyway, a lot of shops have been mis-selling plecs and other catfish as coldwater recently
i dont actually have a photo. these were bought out of coldwater, where they were with orandas. I will find out the species name as soon as i can. They did look a little like plecs to be honest, but i wouldnt have thought they were at first sight.
