New tank confusion #1
Hi all, new here!

Been keeping fish for some time but never ran into a issue a quick Google search couldn’t solve…

Until this new tank, so far got nearly everything working other than the thermometer that’s built in (no big issue as my heater has a built in thermostat in the sump so it’s more for visuals) but I can’t get it to work and don’t know how I’d go about replacing.

Any help would be appreciated

I would search online for a user manual for the tank, which should tell you what the error code means and how to fix it.

Or get in contact with where you got the tank from, or even the manufacturer

This issue I have with this is I don’t know what model the tank is so can’t find anything, been through all of the basics. As I said normally a Google search gets me my answer but this time no success unfortunately so was hoping someone had one or had some experience with the Cleair range.

I believe the error code is literally just that saying error as the thermometer had gone but I can find the replacements but not how to replace…

I got it second hand and they just lived with it, and the manufacturer comes up as swallow aquatics and I’ve spoke to them on a few things and they know the basics (they sell the replacement thermometer) but don’t seem to have any info on how to replace.
