Water treatment advice #1
Hi. I have 100ltr established tank. I have guppys platys and mollys. I use aquacare tap water conditioner. I have about 3 real plants in the tank too.
What other solutions should I make part of the routine? Like API Stress Zyme and/or API Quick start. I used to use Bacterlife Ammonia Nitrate.
Thanks

There's no need to use any kind of bottled bacteria in an established tank; don't waste your money on it.

Hi. That’s good to know. I’ve heard when you do a water change it’s good to add some bacteria.
But I’ll leave it for now.
For the live plants, should I consider a fertiliser? Someone mention microbe-lift.
Thanks

If you only have a few plants the waste from the fish should be enough food for them, so no need to add a fertiliser.
