Not a great picture, but does anyone know ever the hell this thing in my (freshwater tropical planted) aquarium is? I’m a bit freaked out by it!

Thank so much, that’s exactly what it was and also explains where my little lampeyes has disappeared off to He’s has been evicted and is acclimatising in the woodshed before being popped into the pond.
