Adding Aquardor Buffer to raise the KH

When you add Aquardor Buffer to raise your KH does it raise your PH it Happens to me Why?

kH (carbonate hardness) is a measure of carbonate minerals and the effect of carbonate in water is to raise the pH. It's perfectly normal for that to happen if you add a kH raising product to the tank.
