Can you describe the lump in as much detail as possible, including whether it's like an internal growth or something superficial? What are your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels?

Re: large lump on blue danio #4
Absolutely crucial to get ammonia and nitrite down to 0 ASAP - and keep them there. Water changes are key to this - anything up to 50% a couple of times a day may be required. This may be helpful: http://www.fishkeeping.co.uk/articles ... ammonia-nitrite-spike.htm

Water changes alone may address the issue, and before the others succumb to this or another condition. If not, however, please feel free to come back to us for further advice.
