pond filter #1
Hi I got a tetra pond bio active pond filter which I thought the uv bulb was blown but when I just replaced it the new bulb don't work either? So I am thinking the uv electrical assembly must have gone wrong but its a fixed unit so what do I do now???

There is only one thing you can do with it.

I googled, and it seems although not a common problem, it does happen a lot and as I figured it can not be repaired, and you can't get spares either.

Buy a different make next time, or get separates.
Good quality costs. Bear this in mind before you start.

Sorry if my reply is NOT want you want to hear, but what I have said is true.

We can only go by what you type.

A "thank you" costs nothing, but goes a long way.
