Bullied malawi #1
Hi all, need some help please. My power blue Malawi has been getting bullied for a while. Two days ago I found him in a right mess,I've have taken him out of the main tank, and he seems to be picking up.Will I be able to put him back in with the others,or will they just attack him again.Or if I keep him on his own is their any fish I can put in with him,not a female Malawi,I don't want anymore baby's. Lol

Re: Bullied malawi #2
What is the tank size how many fish are in there? Normally people overstock malawi tanks so that aggression is spread out more evenly.

Also try to make sure each fish gets their own cave, this will reduce aggression too.

Malawi is best kept with malawis... and they will fight for sure. Nothing else works with these :P

Re: Bullied malawi #3
Hi Nathangoudie,my tank is 3 ft. It was fine when I first set it up,but they have breed so much I am now over run with them.Have tried to rehome some, but no one wants them.Have no room for a bigger tank. They seem fine,it's just this one fish they don't like.
