Marine creepy crawlies #1
Hi All,

I've had a google around and the closest I can relate these to are some sort of amphipod. There are an absolute ton of them in my friend's 90l marine tank that we noticed today.

Can anyone confirm this? :)

Brilliant pic! I'm not sure I've seen legs on them that clearly using my own eyes (oh dear, maybe need some glasses!) not sure if they are an amphipod species, or a Copepod species, but either way they are good critters.

Hi Gill and thanks!

I took the picture with my trusty 'ol mobile phone! I couldn't believe my luck when I saw the quality of it!
(I was struggling to see the legs without the use of technology and that's WITH glasses on )
