If it's evaded being snacked on so far I think it's going to be fine It's fascinating watching them change as they grow though, one of mine started out as a tiny little brown short-tailed fantail and is now orange and white with a huge floppy tail!
Thanks Will be interesting to hear what yours turns into I had a few singletail 'babies' from last summer, still got two of them. One was almost black when a baby so I called him The Dark One, he went white after a year! The others changed colours at different times, two stayed orange, two went white (although went orange first) and one is orange with a white patch on her tail. i thought the latter would stay brown as she was the last to change colour and she really took her time about it!
hope you dont mind but cant find my way round not good at computers my gold fish seemed to stop feeding a few weeks ago as it got colder so i asumed that would be the end of feding for winter.Oh no tem.5.4 now on top looking for food so i put a little in gone in seconds so for the last few days they all ocme to top and eat flakes and pond stick do you think this is ok.
