Choked air stone ? #1
I have as part of my pond set up an oase oxy tex air stone plastic grass thin gummy jigs which is supposed to aid filtration etc but I noticed today when I lifted it out of the pond to clear the sludge that builds up on the stone that the air is on coming out of about 20% of the stone after washing it I tried scrubbing it with a wire brush to roughen up the surface but there was no obvious improvement anyone know how to bring an air stone back to life ?

Call and ask Oase. 01264 3332 25
Good quality costs. Bear this in mind before you start.

Sorry if my reply is NOT want you want to hear, but what I have said is true.

We can only go by what you type.

A "thank you" costs nothing, but goes a long way.

Re: Choked air stone ? #3
osae suggested changing the airline im currently using for one with an 8-12 mm internal diameter to give more air flow so i'll try and source some but im thinking my garden hose must be roughly that size so i may pinch a length off of it just need to try and get some fittings to fit the stone and my blagdon air pump
