Are there any plants i can get for fish that i know are breeders?

elodea crispa (thats the common name) sold in garden centres as an oxygenator does great in ponds, theres also lilies, and water hyacinth and soliders + marginals

could u give us more info on the pond?

so does water go from little pond to larger pond via water fall or sommat?

well in the smaller one u could put marginals on the shelves and put the baskets like an inch apart so the big fish cant get in between them, u can put elodea on the bottom of both ponds as well

well marginals are plants that grow with the roots in the water and their leaves etc out of the water, iris, bullrushes, etc etc, many do flower and make a light fragrence fill ur garden, or at least near ur pond

elodea on the other hand grows soley under water and does flower, cant remember if its only the male or female part but i've been told that most plants in the country are female i dunno how they can tell though as i thought plants were both
