Apistogramma Cacatuoides #1
Back story first:
I currently have a 60L tank, but looking to upgrade to 125L shortly. Have managed to convince the OH to let me keep both

I'm really interested in keeping Cacatuoides, so my question is would my 60L be big enough for 1M + 2F? I've read loads online and in various books and each one differs on minimum tank volume. I know peoples opinions vary on stocking levels, so thought I'd throw it out there.

Thanks
James

Re: Apistogramma Cacatuoides #2
I wouldn't keep a trio in a 60L tank. A pair should be OK, but with a trio the second female may be bullied relentlessly when the male and the other female breed. 60L (IMO) doesn't give her space to get far enough away.
