It's a tetra, that's for sure- look at the tiny little fin on its back right in front of its tail- that's the adipose fin and along with a long anal fin that stretches almost back to the tail, it's a dead tetra giveaway

I think it's also an albino (or it might be the flash on the camera?) which makes it difficult to identify by colour- you just have to go by the shape of its body and fins.

I don't think it's an ember tetra, it looks too big and slightly the wrong shape. It might be a lemon tetra, let me do a bit of googling and leafing through some of my books and I'll see what I find.

ETA- possible an albino black neon?

yes i keep embers and this a similar fish although not an 100% ember my guess is a hydrid an cross between a ember and another fish what else do you keep?
