I have a nitrite reading in my pond anyone know the bests steps to reduce the level of nitrite in the pond.

Envirex, is excellent for this.
I had similar problem last year.
Nitrite spikes Normally happens on a new pond or when bio-activators have been used (not good for fish).

It will knock a dent in the nitrite level within a few minutes and will turn the water milky white on the first dose but that will soon go
