Sad news. #1
Came home from work and ready to feed the fish when I noticed Beehoven the cowfish not around. Eventually found him wedge tightly between the 2 liverocks and was motionless. Could'nt dislodge him with a tooth brush and had to move the rock to release him and take him out. He was the determain character that nothing got in his way when he chase for his food even if it was stuck under a rock that he was too big to get into, he would budge until he get that one way or another. Just thinking all the stress he went through being stuck all that time and it was the time I did'nt watch them eating that time as I must have been too busy this time. I was really looking forward to him being tranfer into a 5 ft tank that my mate has reserve from another reefter and have the life he deserve for being a wonderful friendly fish. But now all that is gone and I'm really ahhhhh because of that small gap he got into. Had him since christmas. And luckily he did'nt release any toxin, as I believe they only use it as a last resort against enemy really. They are my favourite fish and I'm not sure now if I can go through it again even though it was to help my mate for his tank. here is beehoven in his glory and RIP and a great character to have.

I've a large garden, and i put him in a bag and bury it at the end. That way I let nature take it course similar to when we die.

You should bury them away from water or incinerate them. Flushing is a no-no.
