It looks to me that they are sucking loaches I may be wrong or not got the proper name but thats what I've known them as.

I would guess at chinese algae eaters (proper name Gyrinocheilus Aymonieri).

Some details (and pics) here

I have a Golden loach which I believe is the same species (certainly looks it). My recent pic of golden gouramis shows it.
