Siamese Shark #1
I saw some of these in a pet shop. i think they are stunning and i was told a 3 foot tank is fine. mines 100 cm which i think is a bit bigger than 3 foot. i also think its to small for these fish. what do you think? i might be getting another 4 foot tank. would that be big enough?

siamese shark link i hadnt heard them called siamese shark before, just had to google them, but two different latin names come up, not sure if theres two names for one type of pangassius, or two types..

yes i would say so, i think a public aquarium would be too small! did you notice the size it could grow to, i think they can get bigger than that too...! maybe you could educate the shop! lol!

done some more research 12" is average for captive fish, which is still quite big. but yes the size is huge in the wild fish. can see why they eat it in thailand.

dont think that shop would take any notice of me but i will give it a try.
