Here is coolstrutter's "pond" in daylight.
Good quality costs. Bear this in mind before you start.

Sorry if my reply is NOT want you want to hear, but what I have said is true.

We can only go by what you type.

A "thank you" costs nothing, but goes a long way.

Re: Blagdon Affinity Feature Pools #52
I was asked to post a photo by 2010 I didn't realise I was going to be ridiculed because we had purchased this style of pond.As first time pond owners I would have thought this would be a great way to start.Obviously as our pond wasn't built from complete scratch we are not thought of as "legitimate pond keepers".

Hi,
Please don't be put off by some peoples comments (I can't figure out who ridiculed you),sometimes they forget that they weren't born natural fish keepers and only now know so much due to their previous mistakes as we all do. There are some genuinely lovely people on here who would never intentionally make you feel bad as well as some that don't think before posting.

Your pool looks lovely and is 100 times better than one I saw last week.It can't have been more than 3' x 1'6" and 6" at the shallowest end and 1" at it's deepest. There were at least 5 x 6" koi and 2 small comets and they were all gasping at the surface at it was a red hot day. There was no pump working as the waterfall was dry.It sickened me.

I'm sure you will do your best for your fish and look after them well

I keep thinking about one of these for our conservatory (It's fitted with air con and blinds before people tell me it's a terrible location etc).
I wouldn't keep goldies in though, but It looks ideal for a number of temperate species I want to try keeping one day. I think you could get some serious breeding results with some smaller fish species in one of these and they're cheap for what they are.

I was trying to convince my OH that this would be good for some of the smaller Rainbows in such a location

Hmmm ... now all I need to do is build a conservatory ... had one at the last house and I do miss it, a new one is definitely on the cards

I see no ridicule aimed towards you.

Before you joined there were some "comments" but nothing only admiration since you posted. I for one appreciate your daylight picture, its a real one, not one "set up in a shop"

No I can't see any ridicule either? Even previous comments were questioning rather than blindly critical.
