yes i believe so, but its best to get live if u can, cause of the sport value of making more interesting for the fish.

I've always been woried about live food with any disease etc it might bring in from the water etc (talking shop bought live).

Small washed worms are pretty good in v. small amount though I've found.

Frozen are generally safer and the goodness is frozen in like our veg

I dont add the water they come in, i net them and add them to the tank, and chuck the water away, di
