Fish protest with hunger strike??? #1
Can someone help me? I spotted one of my fish was developing fin rot a few days ago, so I have added the appropriate treatment to the water. Now over the last 2 days all my fish refuse to eat? Any ideas

when fish are poorly they can stop eating - bit like us really - how is the fin rot doing?? fish are ok without food for a few days - have you got any results for your water?? the treatment might have affected it
We can only please one person a day, today is not your day and tomorrow doesn't look good either

If they are ok for a few days then I will stop worrying. They all look fine anyway. Going to have the water tested to see what is going on. Thanks.

Normally use flake, but I do treat them once a week with a frozen block mixture.

not eating the flake. I usually give them the block on a Saturday night. Weekend treat and all that.

I would try a bit of frozen food, and if its not eating that as well then maybe think about getting some live food.

Ok, think I will have a trip to my LFS and get some live food, give them a new treat. What about garlic? There seems to be a few posts about that. Do you cut up a clove and put it in or what is the best way of adding it into thier diet?
