Hi, I have a JBL702 cristal profi filter. It has worked really well for the last 3 years bur recently the flow has decreased a lot. I have the flow levers on maximum but still low. I have rinsed the outflow pipe,now cleaner but no difference. Is there something else to try? Thanks for any help.

Have you cleaned all of the media/sponges etc.? If not, that should sort it out.

Hi, I clean all the sponges every 2 weeks. In an old filter I had the impeller was causing a problem and needed replaced, maybe I should buy a new one.

Definitely worth trying a new impeller.
