Hi all was wondering if I could have your input on a tank build
I was wondering if 15mm acrylic would be ok to build a
6ft L
6ft W
3ft H
The top will be a sheet of 5mm thick acrylic welded to all side panels
I will also be using 3mm thick 15mm wide aluminium angle on all corners

Do you realise when full your tank will weigh over 3 tonne? (It will need substantial support) I would suggest you ask the supplier of the acrylic what they suggest, after all you only build a tank like that once.
