The pic makes it look as though the white areas are fluffy. If so he has fungus and needs treatment for it. Glad to hear he's better in himself though.

Yes there is definitely something still there.. just gave a fresh dose of medifin this morning.He is doing better though? losing the angry red inflammation and the nasty green and black spots is a improvment?


Is medifin OK for continued treatment or should I be getting something else? Sorry for so many questions :)

Try the medifin and see if he improves. If not switch to another anti-fungal such as NT Labs Eradick Anti Parasite & Fungus

Hi so a Pacman update ..no worse I think maybe a little better but still far from recovered.

Have bought the treatment you mentioned.. just wanted to check before I add do I need to do a water change because this pond has tetra medifin in it?
Or is it OK to have the two treatments in the pond together?

Thanks.. is a 50% water change OK as would prefer not to have to move the fish.
