Help! does anyone know what my tanganyika neolamprologus leleupi cichlid #1

He has a bloated stomach and is breathing heavy. Hope someone can help.

Can you give us some more details please so we can try to help?

What size is the tank?
What fish are in it?
How long has it been set up and was it fully cycled before adding fish?
Current test results for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, gH and kH, please.
WHat are you feeding?
