African Cichlids #1
Hi all I have never kept African cichlids before, however ive just bought myself a 4ft tank. I was looking into peakcocks and mbuna however everyone seems to have huge tanks. Is it possible to keep either peacocks or mbuna in my tank and if so what kind of numbers should I be getting?

Re: African Cichlids #2
Here are some details regarding the requirements for the fish you refer to from a reputable source http://www.seriouslyfish.com/species/search/peacock+cichlid
and
http://www.seriouslyfish.com/species/search/mbuna

Not sure which ones of each you were referring to but, of the few I've booked at, they specify 120 cm length of tank which is what you have. The specifics in the species profiles give advice on numbers and sexes, etc, as well as lots of other helpful detail such as water parameters.

Hope that's helpful.
