My Betta has been a bit blue for a few days but this morning has the start of what seems to be pop eye and redness, photo attached.

80l tank with rcs and snails as the only other occupants.

28° water results 0,0,10

He's a year and a half or so old.

Can anyone recommend a snail and shrimp safe treatment that may help? I prefer to treat the whole tank rather than stress him by moving him to a hospital tank or meth blue dips as he's already very depressed and off his food.

Well I've done a three day course of esha 2000 and yesterday his eye came down, he was swimming round his tank again and ate something for the first time in days. This morning I come down and he's laying on the gravel, breathing heavily again and his other eye is swelling yesterday was day three so I'm giving him another day of esha today - is there anything else I can do for him??
