African Cichlid tank, with Lava Rock #1
Well guys,

I started a cichlid tank some time ago and have today completely changed the tank over to Lava Rock for the fish to enjoy and make their homes.

Had to do a major water change this week as my brother looked after them last week and over-fed them despite specific instructions.

Anyhow, here are pictures and videos, I'd love your feedback and suggestions.

BTW, i have 3 pieces of floating lava rock at present, and they haven't sunk in over 4 hours...hmmm

That looks really good.
What is your tap water ph level? and has the lava rock affected it?
Thie reason i ask is people would normally use ocean rock and the like to keep the ph higher for the rift lake cichlids.
Central Americans; once they pop they don't stop!
