Links in text #1
How about when you make a link Instead of it going light grey, why not make it go another colour to stand out more, like blue, or green, or purple?

Re: Links in text #2
I'd like it to be blue and underlined so it actually looks like a hyperlink It does go a very slightly paler shade of grey but you need to really be looking to notice it sometimes.

Pretty please Admin???

It's done with HTML code, but in the case of the forum all you do is highlight the word in your draft post that you want to be a link then click on the little chain link icon (on the left of the ones for inserting images)and type or paste the address of the page it's to link to into the box.

You mean how do I do things like THIS?

I type the following

{url=http://www.fishkeeping.co.uk/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=28470&forum=10}THIS?{/url}

But where you see { } you use [ ] and of course you get no colour.

Copy and paste it into a reply, then change the brackets.

You can say that again. The word "link" in my original post is actually a link

I had it working but not quite right and then I broke it and then I overwrote something and now I'm looking for the backup.

Still, I learnt something while breaking it.

Re: Links in text #10
grouping css selectors

and making sure the backup is the same as the file you are editing (it wasn't so now the headings in the articles are now wrong.)
