If hes in a seperate tank u can add a little bit of kosher salt might help but only use half dose of meds tetras are very sensitive to this type of stuff regular doses can kill tetras
Yes just different names it looks like salt Drizzled on him when i put my first post on here my fish had ich to but i raised temp and medicated and it went away
If he has ich u need to medicate right away and raise ur temp to 82 f and leave it ther for atleast 14 days but in 3 days the spots will be gone ... use half dosage for tetras... I used nox ich and it worked good luck man
Ph is 7 tested water today no amonia and i have a 90 gallon long tank.i have no clue what to do this morning the emperor was alive ad when i cameback from work his tail was extremely pale and discolored and he couldnt swim going upside down. i could see a tumor all the fish have died the exactsame way paleness tumor i brought him to lfs and they said its ntd and that they sold me infected fish... however i dont kno ehat it is but i took pictures btw the 20 gallon isnt filter i put water got the heat to 82 .4f and added stress coat and aquaplus i put one neon not cardinal but neon tetra in there as his tail seems to be getting a tumor.. he is eating and acting normal.. most of the fish died starting with discoloration in tail followed by tail hang lower and the fish has trouble balancing a few have got it in other place and the mouth before death. Ive treated the main tank with em but only 1 dose i stoped treating when lfs told me its ntd
