Re: Spontanious Angelfish Breeding #2
Great :D Thank you for the advice, at least I know one is definitely female, she's happily fanning the eggs at the moment, fascinating to watch! Will keep you updated. :)

Spontanious Angelfish Breeding #3
I wake up this morning to find my Angel fish have bred in my community tank, on one of my internal filters of all places! I hadn't even sexed my two angels, but they had been nudging each other for about 3 weeks now, and now.... tada!
Any advice would be great as this is an entirely new area for me, I can't even get bristlenose plecs to breed!

Re: Stocking Ideas #5
my pH is 7.5, and the rest I'm not entirely sure on, I filled in my profile according to what I found on the water board search (postcode SS0 7HD).

Stocking Ideas #6
Hi all,

I've been having a massive change around of my tanks. So, I have a question for all you fish keepers out there.

If you had a tank whose inhabitants were a male and female L144 black eyed lemon bristlenose plec. What would you put in there with them? :) I have some ideas myself, but was just curious as to what you would all do. :)

Tank size- 3ft approx 180l
Plants are only Vallis.
1 corner slate cave
1 coconut shell
1 small bit of driftwood
fine/small gravel/stones
bubble wall
internal filter (I have paranoia after my external almost flooded my 2nd floor flat so no more external for me).

So, any ideas? :D

Re: Brichardi advice #10
Will leave them where they are then, didn't consider the bio output. I'm rescaping my other tank at the moment. Am just wanting to mix up my fancy tank a bit, but no idea how. Ornaments are such a bad idea - I had to remove my last one as I was worried about them getting stuck! They leave my vallis alone though. lol.
