Re: Tank mate advice #651
Also forgot to add that the tank has 2 fluval 305 filters. So filtering is good, have live plants and bogwood.

Re: Tank mate advice #652
Water is hard apparently. Looked it up on the water board website Thimbu and it said it was classed as hard.

pH - between 7 and 8

Ammonia - 0.1

Nitrite - 0

Nitrate - below 20

Re: Tank mate advice #653
They've always grown up with small fish as I bought them off a friend who had them from young but they had to give up their tank.

Hope this helps

Tank mate advice #654
Hello guys! Need some much appreciated advice.

So I have a 240litre tank, (fluvial) that's been set up for quite a while now.

I have just done water checks on it and everything is fine.

Now the tank mates are as follows:

1x opal gourami
4x angel fish
17x neon tetra
8x platys (4 blue, 2 sunset, 1red wag and 1coffee? White and pink with black specks)
7x guppy (3 yellow snakeskin, 2 blue, 1silver snakeskin and 1red)
3x molly ( 2black, 1 silver)
1 bristle nose plec

Now we did have 3 blue guppies but I found one dead earlier, when I came in I had 3 but then maybe 3 hours later it was dead.

This is my second batch of guppies now, so ive had 4 die on me and its always the blue ones? The others get left alone?

I did have some danios in the tank but they were nipping my angels so I passed them onto my friend so I thought it may have been them but as it's happened again I'm kind of stuck.

Any help would be much appreciated!
