Re: What do you think of the biorb? #57
thanks Tony - just speaking to a couple of familly members isn;t it amazing how people can try to stop you doing what will bring you enjoyment - put a lot of doubts in my mind but its something i'd like ot and if it brings enjoyment - why not! One question I thought would be good to ask Tony is how much you reckon the tank costs to maintain on a monthly basis now is established.
Just out of interest where did you get your orca from?

Thanks so much for all your help - you really are a credit to these forums !!!

Re: What do you think of the biorb? #58
thanks Tony had my heart set on a neon goby engineer goby two clowns and a dottyback - will have to wipe one of them off my list lol. Just wondering why you can't use rain or spring water instead of RO osmosis? Ordering the tank on thursday fingers crossed and will get it from charterhouse - they look reputable lol. Oh just had a thought what testing kits will I need ? Thanks for your help

Re: What do you think of the biorb? #60
Thanks Cathie I think i'll purchase the water from my lfs - i'm in a meter lol. If I went to buy RO water how long would it keep before needing to be added to the tank (thinking of buying twice the water to save on the monthly trips lol). Tony if your reading this lol what kind of fish stocking levels do you think I could get away with in the orca?

Thanks for all your help

Just one thought - how comes rainwater or spring waters a no no ?
