Re: Live Rocks In Now... Just A Couple Of Questions #33
its all a matter of preference about 'nasties' ones favorites anothers demons......... but all in all the ones id be watching for are----

nudies -- lil coral eatin critters
mantis shrimp -- bigg'ish' fish eating shrimp with a spike!
astpistia anenomes -- whitish small anenomes that reach plague proportions very quickly

theres probly others but these the only 3 i can think of n ive only ever had the nudies......( @ ive got around 75Kilos of live rock in all)

fluidisng? #39
i have set up my rowphos in a fliudiser n i want to know if its running correctly.....the rowphos seems to sit at the bottom and 'bubbles' smoothly......... is this correct or should it be evenly spread out thru the entire chamber? the reason i aint sure is it says i only need a pump with 500L/Hr capacity n yet am using a 1200 as i tried a 600 n it was rubbish?

Re: New Setup, New 2 Marine. Help Me Learn 2 Swim With Horses #40
hi there n welcome ..........personally i wouldn't keep seahorses.....they tend to be very difficult to keep for long even with 'eperienced' marinists......their water perameters need to be extremely precise at all times, they need to be fed an almost constant supply of 'small live foods' like brineshrimp-- ( causing other sorts of probs)........

i would thoughorly advise a change of heart on seahorses as imo opinion there are 'certain' species that should not be kept n 1 of them is the seahorse ........

however if u do keep them i wish u all the best n hope they do extremely well
