Re: Goldy's holiday! #262731
Right details as promised, Well when we arrived at the holiday site the apartment we booked didn't look like it had been cleaned as it was dirty when we walked in, so we complained and the cleaning staff got sent back to clean it again which we didn't like the thought of because all our stuff was in the apartment by then and it didnt look any different after they had finished apart from the fact that they made our beds for us, then while we were out shopping on the 3rd day we got burgled and they took our camcorder, digi camera and phone charges that where in a bag under the bed (very suspicious) and put them into a swimming bag that had been on the bottom of our bed, so the holiday was spoiled as we spent most of it in the reception office, talking to the police and moving from the apartment to an emergency caravan for the night, then when we decided not go home we were moved into another caravan for the rest of the week which meant we had to pack and unpack 3 times in all great eh

Re: Total Relief #262736
That's what I thought too fishyfeet. Bit TOO much cleaning going on in one go there.

mmmm im worried now, if you did all that cleaning and changed the filters will there be the bacterial built up to cope with the waste, did you add any live bacteria, if not keep doing small changes to keep the waste levels down.

Total Relief #262738
well i did a huge water change on the tank, cleaned EVERYTHING in there and changed the cartridges in my filter, the tank is nice and clean, not cloudy at all the fish are greatly happy, i have been feeding them less than i used to so hopefully that will keep the tank lookin good and healthy
Fishness...its not a thing, its a state of mind...
