Can I use a bio orb for cherry shrimps?

There's someone selling one but it has 5 large gold fish in it!

Re: Prime #13
I see a lot of fish related product companies are doing this now, I suppose eBay sales will drive value down far too much.

I just bought 500ml for ?19.99 not to bad on overall amount of water it will treat.

Re: Plants #15
I will order some of the TNC Complete now and also looks like the plugs are great value for money!

Both versions of Anubis are going yellowish brown so hopefully they pick up but the java ferns doing well.

What effect would the reflectors have without having co2?

Thanks CB

Plants #17
I'm looking for some good quality fertilisers plus plant recommendations for my Juwel Trigon 190.

I currently have 2 unidentified plants that aren't doing great and a bogwood with Java Fern that looks very healthy.

My lighting Juwel T5 2x28W, I want to fit Juwel reflectors to the tube what funds allow me of course.

I have purchased some API root tabs and I'm planning on placing these under some Amazon Swords in the back ground.

I'm looking for a fast growing foreground plant that's attractive and needs will fit my lighting.

I've found a cheap all in one liquid fertiliser and I need to know if it will be any good for what I'm looking to do. Has anyone used this one?

Re: New tank and need some advice #18
Bit rough around the edges yes and not 100% perfect but still very effective and I actually prefered mine compared to a Fluval external 305 I had before that. It comes down to cost in the end I would love a nice Eheim but sadly can't afford one. :(

Re: New tank and need some advice #20
Hello there, as for external filter suggest a All Pond Solutions External Filter. I own one myself and found it excellent value for money and there is as great review in PFK Mag in Feb 2012.

You get a huge external canister packed fulled to the brim with foam, bio balls, carbon, ceramic rings and floss. You get a UV light built in also to kill rogue pathogens. It comes in 1000, 1400 and 2000 LPH models with the largest coming in at just under ?70.

Really good value for money IMO
