You won't need it in the winter but it will help during the times he said. I wouldn't recommend adding hot water, if the pond is deep enough it should be OK for the fish. Do you know how deep it is? The fish that isn't moving, does it have any marks or spots on it and do its fins look OK? Hope that helps |
