Subject: Re: Unknown (very gross!) insect in tank? by Fishlady on 9/12/2010 19:45:55 If the pests are big enough to see, pick them off, but for the microscopic and unhatched nasties I use a very old-fashioned remedy and give new plants a bath in a weak solution of pottasium permanganate (followed by a very good rinse), or you can use a very dilute bleach solution (about 1:20) |
