General Information: If you remember the humbug sweet then this is the only way this fish can be described! Has three black stripes. Juveniles are fine for a community tank, but they become boisterous as they mature and can chase other more peaceful fish.
Tank Requirements: SALINITY SG: 1.020 -1.025
Diet Requirements: Varied diet, including meaty items, flake food and herbivore preparations. Feed 3 times a day.
Compatibility: Fine for a community tank when young but become more boisterous as they mature. Best kept in with moderately aggressive tankmates e.g. large Dottybacks, Angelfish and Puffers, but nothing large enough to eat them.

Common Problems: Can be kept in groups, but as adults they will fight unless in a male-female pair. They may also fight with other Damselfish.
