General Information: A characteristic creature who likes to burrow, and sift through the gravel for food. Some Gobies communicate with each through movement of their mouth.
Tank Requirements: SALINITY SG: 1.020 - 1.025
Diet Requirements: Meaty marine foods eg mysid shrimp, brine shrimp, other mixed frozen meaty marine foods. Feed twice a day.
Compatibility: Excellent peaceful community fish.
Recommendations: Every marine fish aquarium should have one of the Goby species (or an established pair. In larger tanks 2-3 may be possible. May be territorial and will tend to remain in the lower area of the tank.
Common Problems: Sometimes referred to as difficult to keep in captivity. They may refuse to eat and waste away. If you are aware of this, you should be able to overcome this and have no problems.
