General Information: Bright orange body with yellowish central area, along with vertical bands of deep blue-black. Striking specimen for a community marine tank. Generally a shy species prefering to stay close to rocky areas/corals so it can hide quickly.
Tank Requirements: SALINITY SG: 1.020 - 1.025
Diet Requirements: Varied diet containing spirulina and marine algae, as well as mysid shrimp and other high quality meaty marine foods. Feed 2-3 times a day.
Compatibility: Ideal for a community aquarium, but best kept singularly or in a pair.
Recommendations: Best to introduce this fish last, as it can be territorial when introducing other peaceful or similar looking fish.
Common Problems: May be aggressive towards the same species, but can live happily with another Angelfish variety if in a large aquarium. May nip at stony corals, zoanthids and some clams.

Sexing: Males tend to be larger than females. All fish start out as females then males develop amongst them later.
