Unfortunately we listened to the local pet shop but after further research we did the wrong thing.

My tank has Ich and the local pet store gave us Methylene Blue and told to put in the tank according to directions on bottle. So we did. Yes everything is dyed blue now but that is ok.
Now I hear that my biological filtration is going to be all messed up. What can I do now?
I put the blue in 2 days ago.
Also- I did not take the carbon out of the filter (I am aware I should have) but I am hoping since the carbon is old; over 2 months hopefully its not active in taking out the medicine.

HELP!

It has been two days which I know is not long enough to cure the ICH but the fish seem to be getting worse.

Do I take the carbon out, do a water change, and redose? Try something another medicine?
