Can anyone recommend the best way to get rid of these pests? I've heard you can use lemon juice, but how do you do this?

you need a plastic syringe type thing, with a fine plastic tip. you need to put the plastic tip on the mouth of the aiptasia and squirt a small smount of lemon juice so the aiptasia fills with it. you have to be very quick, as soon as you touch the aiptasia, it will shrink down into its hole. if you have lots, dont do all of them at once, it wont do your tank any favours to have too many dying aiptasia and lemon juice in the water. for ease you coul buy a bottle of 'joes juice' which comes with a dispensing syringe!

Hi again
I wouldnt use lemon juice as it is acidic and will lower your pH... It the pest becomes a nusience use a substance like "Joe's Juice" which kill them instanlty or some with Kalk in it. HTH Phil |
