I have my 400l tank ready but I hace issue with moving fish.

Currently the new tank pH is 7 but the old tank is 6.... I really dont know why since I do weekly water changes and my discus seems okay.

I did a big 50% water change in hope to bring the pH up to 6.5 its still 6.

Should I try again in 1 hr to accimilating the whole 200l tank or should I take the fish to a smaller water container and accimilate them therr?

Currently in the new tank there are 6 gbram and 10 rummy nose.... i really want to move my discus cardinal tetra and cories over fast

Do you have a TDS meter? If you do, check TDS on the two tanks and see how big a difference there really is. If the TDS is not vastly different you'll be OK to move them. If there is a big difference, then a smaller container can have water added from the new tank until the TDS is a closer match.

I dont have tds but I know for sure 100% is that gH and kH (probably as well as tds" is not greatly difference.

My water has high pH but is soft with gH and kH of tap only 2-3 degree maximum.

Both tank is using the same water source and with the recent big water change. Tds differences is not supposed to be large logically speaking...

There could be quite a large difference as in a mature tank with fish, nitrate adds to the TDS as do constituents of uneaten food etc., none of which are detected by a gH or kH test.

Just to be safe.... They are all "sleeping" in the box and I have an airline tube dripping water into that box right now :)

I waited until the sun is down, cover the tank to make it even darker then they slept about 30mins ago. Got all the caridnals and discus pretty easy that way.... they were not even moving when they are out of water hahaha

My sterbai cories on the otherhand..... impossible since they are kind of nocturnal... I just switched the light on and hope that the cories will go to sleep... I will accimilate them separately from these fish and move them later. all the hiding place and plants make it way too hard

UPDATES

All fish moved, no loses from the moving.

However I lost 1 sterbai and 1 big discus due to jumping out of the tank :(.
